Elmhurst Schools Rank Among Illinois' Top 50: Sun-Times Report

York ranks 27th among the Top 50 schools in standardized testing, according to a Chicago Sun-Times report. Four other District 205 schools also ranked in Top 50.

Jefferson, Lincoln and Field elementary schools, Sandburg Middle School and York High School in Elmhurst all ranked in the Top 50 schools in Illinois based on standardized test scores, according to a Chicago Sun-Times report released Thursday.

  • Jefferson was ranked 32, up from its 2012 ranking of 37
  • Lincoln was ranked 39, up from 74 last year
  • Field was ranked 47, up from 67 last year
  • Sandburg was ranked 36, down from 26 last year
  • York was ranked 27, up from 32 last year
