Celebrate Halloween with
music, crafts, food, games, (America's Next Top Monster, anyone?) and scary
stories. Get a monster or creature of the night makeover! Wear a costume, if
you dare! Registration is required in person, online, or by phone with a valid
EPL card. Registration begins October 12. Grades 6-9
