That is not an example of school choice. That is exactly what is going on here in District 205 and any district near a "poorer" district. There is no school choice in Illinois but there should be. If there were school choice then the Money would follow the student via the parents choice and OPRF would be better off. Obviously, parents involved in this sneaky really do care about getting the best education for their child. They are simply not free to choose the school that would be better for their child because public schools have a monopoly position, take it and you cannot leave it.

Wrong is wrong. Illegal is illegal no matter which side does it. The IRS is out of control and has been, it needs to go. Tax reform NOW.
