    The oriental fellow at the register is a raving lunatic. We were in a truck and put gas in the vehicle. The people behind me wanted to leave so rather than have them waited I pulled up to the station and walked in. This fellow started to walk out as I was walking in. He starting screaming and yelling. I was at the register and said to him why are you screaming and explained to him what i did and reminded him that I was standing there to pay. He could not control his rage and told me not to come back. he does not have to worry. I would never go to a business operated by a madman. I detest angry bullies, wherever they may be. There are too many of them out there.

    I really have to wonder why this property has no website, e-mail address, or any other form of communication ? Do you find this strange?

    The structure of this property and the methods of construction are superior.

    The no pet rule, lack of communications, really restrict the sense of community I find so desirable. I am not so sure that I would enjoy living there for these reasons. I was not aware of this when I first rated it but based on what realtors have told me I would not want to call this place home. It seems very isolated and less than warm and friendly. Such a shame. A great building in an excellent location. All of the video surveillance and towing signs make it appear to either over controlling or that theft must be an issue. This is the trouble with Condo's. Excessive petty rule enforcement, often by those who get a real sense of power and control. It reminds me of something out of Russia. Communism and socialism combined. This lifestyle is not for me. I do not want to be treated like a child and deal with people who seek excessive power over others. It should not be this way but many realtors tell me it is very typical. Based on this I cannot give it the rating I formerly did. Such a shame. Perfect location, reasonably priced, well built buildings.

    Structurally, this property is one of the best residential properties you will ever find. Built in commercial fashion with flex-core construction, this virtual "bomb and tornado shelter" no longer gets built like this. Virtually fireproof, soundproof, this is one of the safest places you will ever find and priced at unbelievably low prices. It is primarily a senior building for those over 55 years of age but 20% are allotted to those under 55 but no one younger can reside. Very quiet in a very walkable location, plenty of shopping nearby as well as public transportation.
    You will not go wrong for the money.
