Man Found Naked at the Frick Center Returns, and Four Cited for Soliciting on Berkley

Also, resisting arrest among charges faced by 19-year-old female, and incident at Fitz's ends with citation.

Elmhurst College Security told Elmhurst police that a man who had been found naked in the bathroom of the college's Frick Center, 190 S. Prospect Ave., on March 8 had returned to the college on March 9. In the March 8 incident, campus security escorted the man off the property and told him he could never return. Police served the man with a no-trespass order and told him he would be charged if he was found on the campus again. A group of men from Chicago, Frankfort and Ingleside were charged with soliciting without a permit on the 200 block of South Berkley at 1:01 p.m. March 8. Police said the men were employed by Power Home Remodeling and were in the area attempting to give free estimates. Neighbors called police to report suspicious …

Editor's Note: The domestic battery charge against Naushad Wadiwala was dismissed in DuPage County court on April 22, 2013. Zenaida Delvalle, 30, 172 N. Addison Apt. 1, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a license suspended for DUI, driving with no insurance and no registration after police pulled over her red Nissan Altima for no lights at Addison and Third at 1:42 a.m. Jan. 20. She was taken to DuPage County Jail and her vehicle was towed for forfeiture. Elmhurst Police Report Arrests for Domestic Battery, Trespassing, Theft

Jesse Clark, 18, 650 Willow, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled him over for speeding at Howard and Lake Street at 9:50 p.m. Aug. 1. They also discovered he had a warrant out of DuPage County for retail theft and domestic battery. He was taken to DuPage County Jail. Gerald Wilson, 20, 628 S. 21st Ave., Maywood, was arrested and charged with domestic battery on the 500 block of Babcock at 6:33 p.m. Aug. 2. He was taken to DuPage County Jail. Willliam R. DUI Arrests Felix Hernandez-Casti, 35, 956 Caprei, Palatine, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after his gold Ford Windstar crashed into a vehicle driven by a 30-year-old Itasca man at North Avenue and Route 83 at 11:46 a.m. March 7. Hernandez-Casti also was charged with failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, leaving the scene of an accident, driving with a suspended license, no insurance and open alcohol in the vehicle. Elmhurst Man Cited Three Times Last Weekend

Domestic incidents also lead to arrests.

Criminal Trespass An Elmhurst man was issued citations by Elmhurst police three times last weekend. William Jensen, 46, 463 N. Van Auken, was cited for trespass at Elmhurst Public Library, 125 S. Prospect Ave., at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 13. He had previously been banned from the property. Jenson was also found at 140 Industrial Drive at 12:42 a.m. Jan. 15, after having been served a no-trespass notice at this location. He was taken into custory and charged with trespass to property. Later the same day, at 6:28 p.m., Jensen was issued a citation for open liquor on public property. Police responded to Burger King, 436 N. York Road, on a medic call for a subject having seizures. Elmhurst Police Report Arrests for Battery, Theft and Trespassing

Warrant also issued for narcotics charge.

Battery Joseph M. Mastroni, 56, 1050 S. Riverside Drive, Elmhurst, was arrested at his home and charged with battery after he allegedly pushed a woman down the stairs and caused injury to her face at 5:41 p.m. Nov. 1. He was released on bond. Theft Arrests Police were called to the Waverton Hotel, 624 N. York St., at 3:15 a.m. Nov. 1 for a report of a theft. The victim said two men stole his iPhone and left the scene. The victim called them for his phone but was told he would only get the phone back if he paid the suspect $2,000. After police arrived, the victim convinced the suspects to return to the hotel by saying he would give them $1,400. The offenders eventually showed up at the hotel, where they were arrested and charged with theft …
