Police Say Tuesday Wasn't the First Time Wheaton Man was Arrested for DUI

Also, police allegedly find drugs in vehicle of man arrested on warrant.

Michael Brady, 30, 1606 Stonebridge Trail, Wheaton, was arrested and charged with aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without insurance after the gray Acura TL he was driving was involved in an accident with a vehicle drivin by a 24-year-old Villa Park man at Route 83 and North Avenue at 12:05 a.m. Feb. 12. Police said Brady, who had previous arrests for DUI, also was charged with failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. He was taken to Elmhurst hospital, then to DuPage County Jail. His vehicle was towed for forfeiture. Robert J. Schumacker, 46, 1878 Summerset Lane Apt. 3D, Glendale Heights, was arrested on warrants out of DeKalb and DuPage counties for failure to appear on charges of possession of drug …

Police Report Arrests for Impaired Driving, Domestic Battery

Editor's Note: The domestic battery charge against Naushad Wadiwala was dismissed in DuPage County court on April 22, 2013. Zenaida Delvalle, 30, 172 N. Addison Apt. 1, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a license suspended for DUI, driving with no insurance and no registration after police pulled over her red Nissan Altima for no lights at Addison and Third at 1:42 a.m. Jan. 20. She was taken to DuPage County Jail and her vehicle was towed for forfeiture. Scott Sekulich, 32, 721 Hayes, Oak Park, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after police pulled over his gray Toyota Scion for improper lane use at 108 N. Elmhurst Police Send Two Drivers to County Jail Sunday on Aggravated DUI Charges

One of those arrested also was charged with endangering a child.

Gabriela Eugenio-Santiago, 29, 1902 W. 48th St. Apt. 1, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a revoked license and endangering the health and life of a child after police pulled over her tan Chevrolet Venture for improper lane use and speeding at Interstate 290 and North Avenue at 12:54 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 6. She also was charged with failure to secure a child under 8 years old in a restraint system. Police took her to DuPage County Jail, where was held on $8,000 bond, and her vehicle was towed for forfeiture. Her next court appearance is scheduled for Feb. 4. Just did a check of the Du Page county jail. Miranda is still in jail but unfortunately for her daughter Santiago made bail. Hopefully if she is an illegal she's on her way back to her native land without her daughter.   more ›
