Ice accumulation in excess of a quarter-inch is possible, according to the National Weather Service. Freezing rain mixed with sleet is expected to arrive Sunday morning and continue throughout the day. Ice accumulations may cause tree limbs and power lines to be weighed down, and if winds increase, it could cause power outages, according to the weather service. “Pavement and soil temperatures are below freezing.
