A man driving a yellow and black Honda sport motorcycle took off at a high rate of speed on Route 83 at North Avenue doing a wheelie at 6:45 p.m. July 11, police said. Officers attempted to stop him, but the driver, who was wearing a helmet, white T-shirt, black shorts and brown shoes, fled the scene.
