Possession of a Heroin Igor Nikitin, 31, 4000 Baysie Drive, Palatine, and Vadim Iosim, 38, 4900 Foster Unit 402, Skokie, were arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance at 5:48 p.m. May 19. Police were on patrol in the area of 600 N. County Line Road when they saw the two sitting in a car. While speaking with the suspects, police saw a hypodermic needle in plain view. Also found inside the car and on Iosim were heroin capsules and two bags of heroin. Battery Investigation An employee of Dunkin Donuts, 506 W. North Ave., told police that an irate drive-through customer threw a cup of coffee at the employee at 5:30 p.m. May 18.
