Deb Conroy does not live in the 46th District. How can she represent the people of the district when she does not live in the community?
In the course of her campaign, Conroy has attempted to portray herself as an independent of sorts Her website does not mention her party affiliation. Many voters have been misled into thinking she is a true independent. In fact, she was recruited by Illinois Democratic Party Chairman Michael Madigan to run for state representative, and her campaign is financed almost entirely by Madigan and his allied groups. (You can confirm this on the Illinois State Board of Elections website.) The voters of the 46th District are entitled to know where Conroy's true allegiances lie -- unfortunately, they lie with the man who has been largely responsible for bringing Illinois to the point of financial ruin and driving sorely needed jobs out of state.
Equally troubling, Conroy's campaign has stooped to truly despicable lows. In recent days, an individual has been going door-to-door, claiming to be the former brother-in-law of Conroy's opponent, Dan Kordik, and slandering Kordik's character. In fact, this individual is not Kordik's brother-in-law at all but presumably is connected with the Conroy campaign.
Kordik has been endorsed by two major newspapers (Conroy by none) -- one of which criticized Conroy for her campaign tactics and specifically called into question her integrity.
The people of the 46th District deserve better.

A vote for Conroy is a vote for Michael Madigan. Even us Democrats' disdain Michael Madigan.
Conroy has in fact been running personal negative ads. Look who pulls and controls the purse strings. The people are on to Ms. Conroy.

Her campaign is also endorsed by Planned Parenthood Illinois Action, a political arm of Planned Parenthood. Ms. Conroy is fully pro-abortion, supports same sex marriage/civil unions, and calls herself a Catholic! What kind of doctrine have her 7th grade students at Mary Queen of Heaven parish been taught? Duplicity runs deep with Deb Conroy.

Conroy is nothing except Madigan puppet. She ran a terrible negative campaign filled with lies against her opponent. My hat is off to Kordik and the Kordik Children - it was great to get the letter endorsing their Dad - signed by all three children - and the phone call received from Lindsay Kordik. Certainly showed his children support for their Dad Every trick in the book was put into this race- Madigan spent over $800,000 - every day a new piece of garbage sent to the resident of the 46th district. Now we also had the guy coming around to our doors with more garbage on Halloween night - misrepresenting his identity - well guess what buddy - did you ever think one of these people would take your picture and eventually identify you -
