I found them to be a very honest and dependable service. They went far beyond what you might have expected. When my car failed the emission test they checked it out since some things were under warrranty and even took it to the emission testing location to make sure everything was okay and didn't charge me for the extra time involved. They also have given me rides needed when I had work done. They kept me updated as to what was needed and the cost before anything was done. No complaints about them at all.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE My Mechanic! This is the only mechanic we have ever used who is 100% honest, reliable and works with our schedules. They even picked me up one day when I couldn't get to the shop to collect my car. This is a rare find--a genuinely honest, smart mechanic. Fantastic customer service.
Honest, ethical and reasonable prices. Yes, they are not as fast as dealer service but you are also not getting pressured to buy unneeded maintenance services. This constant up-sell is my biggest complaint against the dealership service departments. So if you need a quick turnaround, communicate your needs to the shop owner and see if he can accommodate your scheduling needs.
Excellent shop for car repairs and service. I highly recommend it.
