It's Fitness Boot Camp is a conditioning class that includes both strength training and cardiovascular exercises. This Boot Camp class is all about motivation, results and fun in a group environment. Perfect for all fitness levels, whether you’re just beginning a fitness program or have been exercising for years.
Each 55 minute class can consist of 20 to 40 people with two instructors available. They also offer a boot camp, that utilizes a TRX, a compact and versatile piece of equipment that uses one’s bodyweight as resistance during exercise.
