Its Fitness Boot Camp is by far the best workout in Elmhurst. Michelle Kennedy and Janet Jackson are very motivating and won't let a little rain in February or an incoming thunderstorm stop us from working out outside.

Instructors Janet Jackson and Michelle Kennedy have been helping people enjoy getting fit for over 15 years.
It's Fitness Boot Camp is a conditioning class that includes both strength training and cardiovascular exercises. This Boot Camp class is all about motivation, results and fun in a group environment. Perfect for all fitness levels, whether you’re just beginning a fitness program or have been exercising for years.
Each 55 minute class can consist of 20 to 40 people with two instructors available. They also offer a boot camp, that utilizes a TRX, a compact and versatile piece of equipment that uses one’s bodyweight as resistance during exercise.

I really enjoy getting a good workout in the mornings and Itsfitness bootcamp is a great way to start your day. Everyday is different and they use multiple locations. Michelle and Janet are great. They are always enthusiatic(especially for 5:45am), positive, and will push you to reach your fitness goals. They can alter the workouts for you too, depending on your fitness level, so that everyone participates.
The TRX classes are phenomenal as well. It works your whole body from your shoulders to your calves. If you're looking to get back into shape or just a good, hard workout spend some time with Michelle and Janet, you won't be disappointed.

When I joined ItsFitness Boot Camp in May of 2008, I had not exercised in TWENTY YEARS! When I joined, I hated exercise and I couldn't even walk a mile - let alone run a mile. After my first day of class, I wasn't even sure I was going to go back. But, I went back, and I am so glad I did!!! Within the first year I lost 35 pounds and went down three clothing sizes - all because of the work I was doing at ItsFitness Boot Camp!!!!! Not only did I lose weight and drop some clothing sizes, but I feel so healthy and I'm in the best shape of my life. I can't imagine my life without ItsFitness Boot Camp! I don't think we've ever repeated the same work-out since I've been with ItsFitness in 2008 - that's one of the big reasons I've stuck with it, because no two work-outs are the same. Janet and Michelle ROCK and they've done nothing but offer encouragement and support. I've also met some really great people and we truly are like one big CRAZY family!!! SO MUCH FUN!!!!!

This is the longest I have stuck with one workout place. It is amazing. Michelle and Janet motivate you every time. I love that I can workout early in the morning before work and there is someone willing to get up that early with me:) I have recommended it too many and they all love it!

The TRX and Boot Camp classes led by Michelle and Janet are second to none. I have run 4 marathons over the years but I have never been in as good of shape as I have been after 3 months of Boot Camp. It's tough getting out of bed every morning but I am rewarded with a phenomenal workout every time I do!
I love the ItsFitness/TRX classes. It's a great workout and the teachers are very motivating!!! It really kick starts my day. Michelle and Janet ROCK!!!!
I love everything about Itsfitness/TRX, the instructors, the workouts and all the people I work out with. We are all so different, but there, we are just one big crazy family! Crazy, because we all love to be challenged in our workouts. Michelle and Janet our the two best trainers in town!

If you are looking to be constantly challenged then ItsFitness Boot Camp is where you need to be! Janet and Michelle are masters at making workouts both fun and challenging for every fitness level. Their knowledge and motivation has helped me to lose weight, tone and stengthen muscles I never knew I had. ItsFitness has helped improve my overall health and fitness level tremendously and I would highly reccommend it for anyone!
I have done Michelle and Janet's boot camp and TRX and they are, by far, the best and most fun workouts I've ever done. I never used to be able to get up and exercise at the level of intensity that they provide, but the variety and the results are motivation. I wsih there were more than 5 stars - I would recommend this to anyone and you will see and feel the difference immediately.
Janet and Michelle's workouts in bootcamp and TRX have kept me motivated to workout at 6am for years! They add new routines and workouts and it is never just the same class day after day. They are terrific trainers and have helped me push myself more than I knew I cound and I have improved my overall fitness! I give them 5 stars!
A challenging and fun work out in various locations - never boring or hum drum routine! I'm a busy working mom and I need to make every minute count. This boot camp fits the bill and is worth it every time. I've lost weight, gained muscle, and I am able to enjoy fitness again.
Every ItsFitness class is incredible. You are always challenged! Michelle and Janet incorporate new techniques all the time into the classes. If I had to use one word as a testament to ItsFitness it would be...loyalty. Along with it's agressive growth of new clients you will meet clients from years ago that never miss a workout. It's super fun, you always sweat, and leave feeling amazing! And the classes they take-outside are exhilarating!
