Elmhurst Camera, 535 Spring Road, a family owned business for more than 35 years, has gone through a major transformation this year, from the store name, to a new interior look, to many new product offerings.

The evolution of the photo industry has created an endless number of ways to capture life's precious moments, and Elmhurst Camera has evolved to a Photo Boutique where a digital photograph can be transformed into keepsakes of all kinds. The digital photograph not only can be printed into a variety of traditional sizes, but it can be incorporated into gift items like calendars, jewelry, puzzles, shirts, handbags and more. A digital photograph can be printed on a canvas,
printed in a photobook or incorporated into a custom invitation, greeting card or wine label.

"Digital photography has opened the door for creativity for everyone in preserving your family's memories; there is so much more than the traditional album or scrapbook," said Heather Stalker who owns Elmhurst Camera Photo Boutique with her husband, Brian. "Sharing the important moments of your life is easier than ever before. We have created several work stations for customers to sit down with a professional to transform their pictures into any number of mementos."

Elmhurst Camera Photo Boutique is also carrying new non-photo gift items alongside traditional products like cameras, camera accessories, picture frames and albums.
