Daniel J. Brown, CPA, is an experienced tax and financial professional, who has been working in the field since 1986. He specializes in preparing income taxes for individuals, businesses, estates and trusts as well as financial planning services and IRS representation. He also provides counsel on business start-ups, divorce, estate issues, retirement, college planning and many other  financial matters.

Dan has seen people overpay taxes by making uninformed decisions and wants to prevent others from doing the same. He strives to point out tax opportunities and pitfalls. Prior to founding the firm, Dan was controller of a subsidiary of a NYSE listed company and he worked for a large national accounting firm.
