Bethel Learning Center Children Pump it Up for a New Playground

Bethel Learning Center children, and even some parents, jumped, climbed, played and laughed at Pump it Up in Elmhurst to raise funds for a new playground for their school. 

The Bethel Parents Group, which provides many social and educational events for the Bethel families, has been actively fund-raising for the new playground.  These families are proponents of the purposeful-play philosophy that is utilized at Bethel Learning Center.  As such, the families are supporting the construction of a new playground which will allow their children to learn social and academic concepts while jumping, climbing, riding, sliding, exploring, discovering, playing and laughing.
