Rep. Conroy Visits North Elementary School For "Booking With A Professional" Event

VILLA PARK, Ill. – State Rep. Deb Conroy visited with students at North Elementary School in Villa Park, last Friday. As part of the North Elementary “Booking With a Professional” day, Rep. Conroy talked about her job as a State Representative and read a story to a class of 5th Grade Students.

“It’s essential that students understand the importance of reading and how they will use their reading skills in their future careers,” said Conroy. “It was a pleasure to meet the bright students and staff at North Elementary School. I hope they have a better idea of what I do as a State Representative, how our government works, and how I use the reading skills that I learned in elementary school everyday.”
