Rep. Conroy Accepting Nominations for “Good Neighbor” Business of the Year Award

VILLA PARK, Ill. – Rep. Deb Conroy (D-Villa Park) is accepting nominations for the “Good Neighbor” Business of the Year Award.  The reward recognizes businesses in the community that have displayed a dedication to improving their communities. Eligible businesses must be located within District 46.

“While I am working diligently in Springfield to create a better business climate for Illinois, it is important that businesses are recognized for their efforts to benefit our communities,” said Conroy.  “This award is a way for the community to recognize businesses that have donated their time and money to create positive changes at the local level.”

Nominations are available and may be returned to Conroy’s constituent service office, located at 28 S. Villa Ave., in Villa Park, faxed to 630-415-3522, or scanned and emailed to repdebconroy@gmail.com by Friday, November 8. All nominations will be kept private and winning businesses will be chosen by members of Rep. Conroy’s Economic Development Advisory Committee.

 “I am asking my constituents to nominate a business that stands out as a good neighbor,” said Conroy. “It’s important that we honor these businesses so that we can show our appreciation for what they give back to our community.”
