Conroy To Host Coffee Shop Stop in Villa Park
VILLA PARK - State Rep. Deb Conroy (D-Villa Park) is hosting a Coffee Shop Stop on Thursday, July 17 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the Funky Java located at 40 S. Villa Ave. in Villa Park.
“I look forward to the coffee meetings that I have each month over at the Funky Java,” Conroy said. “The casual atmosphere gives me the opportunity to have frank discussions with residents about the issues that they are concerned about. I truly value the feedback that I receive and it helps me do the best job I can representing our community in Springfield.”
Over the course of the summer Rep. Conroy has put an emphasis on talking with as many constituents as possible while attending community events and talking with residents while going door-to-door.

“I try to bring constituent services to the residents to ensure that I have an opportunity to hear from all residents of the district,” Conroy said. “By having face-to-face conversations, I am best able to understand how laws are working or if changes need to be made, from the people who are affected by them.”
