Conroy Enjoys Celebration With Villa Park Senior Birthday Club
VILLA PARK, Ill. – State Rep. Deb Conroy, D-Villa Park, attended the monthly Villa Park Senior Birthday Club meeting Thursday, August 8. The meeting is held monthly at the Villa Park Community Recreation Building located at 320 East Wildwood Street.
“Difficult economic times can be especially rough for senior citizens. Living on a fixed income, combined with the increasing costs of living and prescription drugs, can make it hard for seniors to make ends meet,” said Conroy. “I was able to update seniors about programs designed to lend them a helping hand and celebrate the birthdays of a few of the club’s members.”
