Conroy Announces October Advisory Committee Schedule

VILLA PARK, Ill. – State Rep. Deb Conroy will be hosting a variety of citizen advisory committees in October, including: Economic Development (Oct. 10), Women’s Issues (Oct. 28), and Housing Issues (Oct. 29).

“I continue to host these citizen advisory committees in order to receive feedback from residents of the 46th District about specific issues,” Conroy said. “As veto session approaches I want to ensure that I remain accessible to constituents and am able to listen to their concerns and ideas for Illinois.”

Each advisory committee will meet at Rep. Conroy’s constituent services office located at 28 S. Villa Ave from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.  In addition to the advisory committee meetings, Rep. Conroy will be hosting a Trick-or-Treat Safety Seminar (Oct 15) and a Veteran’s Appreciation Night (Oct. 17).

“I’m looking forward to having an active month of October hosting advisory committee’s, various events, and knocking on residents’ doors,” said Conroy. “I want to make sure that I am able to talk with as many constituents as possible before heading back to Springfield for veto session.”
