Business Profile: Don't Feel Like Cooking This Thanksgiving?

Why not have your holiday dinner catered by one of the preferred caterers for Wilder Mansion and Elmhurst Art Museum?

With Thanksgiving so close to Christmas this year, families already may be feeling the pressure of trying to get everything done on time. Chow, a caterer and specialty food market in downtown Elmhurst, may be able to take two major chores off your to-do list: grocery shopping and cooking.

Chow, one of the preferred caterers for the historic Wilder Mansion and Elmhurst Art Museum, is offering a Thanksgiving to-go menu. It's new this year and features a combination of traditional and more adventurous selections. The choices are fresh, locally sourced as much as possible and healthy. Gluten free, vegetarian and vegan choices also are available.

Chow’s turkeys come with fresh herbs under the skin, seasoned with real butter and seasonings, and trussed. Just pop it in the oven and enjoy the aromas of a home-cooked Thanksgiving dinner. The turkeys were raised cage-free and without hormones or antibiotics from Miller Amish Farms in Indiana.
