Parents, Residents Can Get Some Face Time With District 205's Superintendent This Week

David Pruneau continues his Coffees with the Superintendent this year; first meeting is Wednesday.

Elmhurst Unit District 205 Superintendent David Pruneau is continuing his monthly coffees with parents at various locations around the district. The first get-together of the school year will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 12, at Jackson Elementary School, 925 Swain Ave.

Pruneau has been with District 205 for a year now, and he began the coffees after he was hired as part of his "transition plan."


The meetings are informal, last about an hour and will not follow an agenda. The coffees are organized by the PTA Council and are open to any District 205 parent or resident.

Here's a look at the schedule for the year:
