Immaculate Conception Parish Unveils Newly Renovated Locker Rooms

Locker rooms haven't been upgraded since 1961.

The Immaculate Conception gymnasium, which serves IC High School and Grade School, now has completely renovated men’s and women’s locker rooms. The gymnasium is used for physical education classes and athletic contests for both schools.

The project, which began in June, was the first major renovation to the locker room facilities since they were built in 1961.

On Sept. 12, Immaculate Conception Pastor Father Tom Paul, IC Grade School Principal Cathy Linley and IC High School President and Principal Pamela Levar, gathered with a small group of students to offer a blessing for the new facilities. After a brief prayer, the students cut the ceremonial ribbon to mark the “grand opening” of the locker rooms.
