IC Catholic Prep Preps for 2013 Homecoming Festivities Next Week

IC Catholic Prep has announced its 2013 Homecoming court and Homecoming festivities. Representing the junior class are Hannah Hartnett, Cristina Loizzo, Bailey McCann, Caroline Murphy, Gretchen Vitek and Erin West. 

Senior Court members are Hazel Aquino, Rachel Hill, Charmaine Leverson, Bre Lobello, Rory Manion, Meghan McCann and Abby Radoha.

This year’s ICCP Homecoming theme is A Knight With Gatsby, and the week’s festivities officially kick off with a powder puff game this Sunday, Oct. 6, at the Plunkett Athletic Complex. 

The 2013 ICCP Homecoming Court will be presented and the queen revealed at the Homecoming pep rally at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11, in the IC gym. ICCP families, friends and alumni are invited.

ICCP will host its third annual all-school reunion at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 12, on the IC lawn, Cottage Hill and Arthur avenues. The event will feature food, adult beverages, games, prizes and more. 

Complimentary transportation to and from the Plunkett Athletic Complex for the 2013 Homecoming football games will be available. IC (3-2, as of Oct. 4) takes on Aurora Christian (5-0) at 1 p.m. 

The Homecoming dance also will be held Oct. 12, wrapping up a week packed with activities and events at the school.

The following reunions also will be held in conjunction with IC's Homecoming weekend:

• Class of 1963: 5 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 13, at River Forest Country Club  in Elmhurst. Sue Westhoff, subwest@comcast.net.

• Class of 1993: 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 12 at Cafe Amano in Elmhurst. Sarah Lynch Tardiff, stardiff22@sbcglobal.net.
