Holilday Concert

The concert includes performances by the York Cadet, Concert and Symphony Orchestras, conducted by Ray Ostwald and student teacher Devin Godzicki, of the University of Illinois. The orchestras will offer a mixture of classical and seasonal favorites, including music by Corelli, Handel and Leroy Anderson. Featured student musicians will include senior bassoonist and concerto competition winner, Abigail Arnold, performing the third movement of Mozart’s "Concerto for Bassoon." Other featured students will include violinists Madeline Mueller, Keely Hicks, Mary Margaret Koch and Gloria Frank, as well as cellists Julia Carlson and Sydney Meyer.
