Dr. Kunso Kim, Morton Arboretum’s head of collections, will discuss the legacy of elm trees and his ongoing work studying elms, the return of the elm tree, and the fight against Dutch elm disease. For those who care to share, Morton Arboretum staff members will record memories of growing up with elms. Program is presented as part of the ongoing “It’s History” lecture series in the Elmhurst Historical Museum Education Center.
