Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare Board of Governors' 61st Annual Fall Benefit Dinner

The Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare Board of Governors’ 61st Annual Fall Benefit Dinner will take place on Wednesday, November 16 at Drury Lane in Oakbrook Terrace.  This year’s featured speaker is Dick Portillo.

Portillo is the owner and founder of the Portillo Restaurant Group, which is the recipient of numerous awards and is the largest privately-owned restaurant group in the Midwest. Combined, the concepts have nearly 4,000 employees and a total of 47 restaurants, plus a catering and shipping division and shopping center.

The evening will begin at 6:30 p.m. with a complimentary cocktail reception, dinner at 7:30 p.m. and the program to follow. The 61st Annual Fall Benefit Dinner is sponsored by Suburban Bank & Trust and Superior Ambulance.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the Elmhurst Memorial Hospital Main Campus, which opened on June 25. The new hospital, located at York Street and Roosevelt Road, features all private rooms, dedicated space for family members, healing gardens and extensive landscaping. Everything about it is designed to accommodate new technologies, expand community outreach and transform how care is provided.

Tickets to the Fall Benefit Dinner are $135 each; tables of 10 are available for $1,350 and patron level tables are available for $3,000, which also includes a half-page ad in the program book.
