Elmhurst Police Report License Violations Through July 13

Drivers allegedly caught driving without a license, and with suspended and revoked licenses.

Driving with a Revoked License

Allen M. Day, 33, 777 Graceland Ave. Apt. E1, Des Plaines, was arrested and charged with driving with a revoked license, driving without insurance and improper lane use after a traffic stop at 7:39 a.m. July 11 at North Avenue and Route 83. He was released on I-bond.

Pedro Salas, 25, 26W283 North Ave., Carol Stream, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop for speeding at 3:22 a.m. July 2 on eastbound North Avenue between York and Clinton streets. He was released on bond and his white Nissan Titan was towed for forfeiture.

Maria T. Lopez, 49, 396 Lorraine Ave., Addison, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop on eastbound North Avenue at York Road at 4 a.m. July 5. She was released on bond.

Daniel Hernandez, 44, 2349 W. Montana, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after a stop for a defective windshield at North and Villa avenues at 5:33 a.m. July 5. He was released on bond.

Christian Ramirez, 22, 34 N. Yale Ave., Villa Park, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop at 1018 S. Route 83 at 4:48 p.m. July 6. He also was found to have a failure to appear warrant on a driving violation out of Glen Ellyn. He was released on bond.

David Barrera, 20, 4901 W. Potomac, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop at 5:47 a.m. July 11 at North Avenue and Kenilworth. He was released on I-bond.

Demetrius Curry, 42, 2422 183rd St. #107, Homewood, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after a traffic stop at York and Harvard at 5:06 p.m. July 11. He was released on bond.

Sharon Harris, 49, 1544 N. Wolf Road, Berkeley, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license at 9:40 p.m. July 13 at York and Butterfield. Police discovered she also had a failure to appear warrant. She was released on bond.

Driving Without a License

Sonia Buciaga, 46, 1529 S. 58th Ave., Cicero, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after a traffic stop at Lake and York at 12:55 a.m. June 30. Buciaga was released on I-bond.

Rodolfo Milan, 29, South York Road, Bensenville, was arrested for driving without a license after a traffic stop at Grand Avenue and Industrial Drive at 4:47 a.m. July 1. He was released on bond.

Jessica Cruz, 26, 704 W. Diversey Apt. B, Addison, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after a traffic stop on westbound Grand Avenue between Church Street and Industrial Drive at 1:48 a.m. July 4. Cruz was released on bond.

Bernardo Jimenez, 41, 46 N. High Ave., Addison, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after a traffic stop on westbound Grand between Weigel and Lake Street at 3:53 a.m. July 4. He was released on bond.

Nhora Velez, 30, 6035 W. Roscoe St., Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after a traffic stop for speeding at 12:33 p.m. July 11 at Larch and North Avenue. Valez was released on bond.

Cristal Dominguez-Ayala, 22, 7625 W. 61st St., Summit, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after a traffic stop at 3:49 p.m. July 13 at York and Arthur streets. She was released on bond.
