Elmhurst City Council's standing committees will meet at 7 p.m. today, July 11, at City Hall, 209 N. York St.

Development, Planning and Zoning Committee

• York High School Amended Conditional Use Request to increase the number of hours the and public address systems are in use at York High School's Clarence D. East athletic field. This is a continued discussion from June 27.

Finance, Council Affairs and Administrative Services Committee

• Review strategic information technology plan
• Review cellular phone options
• Continue review of City Council procedures 

Public Affairs and Safety Committee

• Immaculate Conception Parish block party request
• Immaculate Conception High School banner request
• Amendment to municipal code 36.09, Classification of Licenses, for Angelo’s Restaurant
• Modification Agreement: Bensenville Fire Protection District #1
• Valet parking on south York Street
• Status of pending traffic studies
