Public is encouraged to attend the presentations.

The City of Elmhurst will welcome the two finalists vying for the Hahn Street project—Morningside Group and Lincoln Property Co.— at a Committee of the Whole meeting at about 8 p.m. Monday.

Three developers initially were selected for the final round, but Banner Apartments dropped out of the running

This is the developers' final opportunity to give their pitch for Hahn before aldermen make a selection.
