Community Choice Aggregation 101: Electric Aggregation in Elmhurst is an educational meeting highlighting all the facts about electric aggregation and the referendum on the March ballot. Sharon Durling, Director of Marketing, Northern Illinois Municipal Electric Collaborative (NIMEC), and Tom Trosien, Assistant Director of Finance & Administration, City of Elmhurst, will provide an overview on aggregation, help voters better understand the March 20 referendum, and respond to residents' questions.
