Elmhurst Park Board: Incumbents Spaeth, Morissette-Moll Hope to Hang on Against Newcomer, Ennis

Confused about who to vote for in the race for Elmhurst Park Board? See what the candidates have to say about their priorities for the Park District.

Two seats are open on the Elmhurst Park District Board in the April election. The terms of incumbents Vince Spaeth and Patricia Morissette-Moll are expiring this year, and both are hoping to be re-elected. They are being challenged, however, by newcomer Doug Ennis.

Spaeth is a life-long Elmhurst resident who is finishing up his first six-year term on the Elmhurst Park Board. He works at ChemTreat, which helps its customers improve water quality and compliance with environmental regulations.

Morissette-Moll has been on the Elmhurst Park Board for 18 years, is a life-long Elmhurst resident and a graduate of York High School, and she is a teacher in Elmhurst Unit District 205.

Ennis has a background as an athlete, coach and outdoorsman from his time spend in Colorado. He is an information technology expert and workes as a senior manager at Infoblox.
