DP&Z Committee only has one agenda item, and that is to begin discussing the Kane McKenna report on economic development and finance alternatives for the city’s study areas.

The committee is tasked with determining whether all or portions of five study areas would benefit from economic development tools and public finance programs in conjunction with private development initiatives. Emphasis will be on tax increment financing, but Kane McKenna also has identified additional programs for review.
