Elmhurst Finance, Council Affairs and Administrative Services Committee, and Development, Planning and Zoning Committee will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 29, at City Hall, 209 N. York Street. Elmhurst other two standing committees, Public Affairs and Safet, and Public Works and Buildings, are not meeting Tuesday.
