Elmhurst City Council Committee of the Whole Will Meet Tonight

Elmhurst’s standing committees will meet tonight at 7 p.m. at City Hall, 209 N. York St. Those meetings will be followed by a budget discussion during a Committee of the Whole meeting at 8 p.m.

• Allied Waste annual contract rate adjustment

• Bid discussions on the 2011 contract paving program and on the tree purchase and planting program
