Committee has four members; a quorum would be three.

I wonder who are the members of the committee?
Karen Chadra July 10, 2012 at 04:39 PM
Members are Chairman Steve Hipskind, Vice Chairman Kevin York, Mark Mulliner and Scott Levin.
Doremus Jessup July 10, 2012 at 04:42 PM
Okay, I looked up the members; they are HipsKind, York, Mulliner, and Levin. I wasn't at the meeting but I wouldn't put it past a certain member from above to skip the meeting to cause a lack of a quorum. As Miss Chadra has pointed out it takes three members, so all it takes is one member on vaca. and one I'll dub "Drags His Feet'.
