Discussion on TIF 4 Continues Tonight at City Hall

Next steps for TIFs 5 and 6 also will be discussed, as will a new electronic reader board sign for Redeemer Lutheran.

Elmhurst residents will have additional opportunities to offer their opinions on the proposed North York tax increment financing district Monday, Aug. 13, at , 209 N. York.

After a closed session at 6:15 p.m. to discuss acquisition of real property, Elmhurst City Council members will call to order a committee of the whole meeting at about 6:30 p.m., during which the will be discussed.

According to documents released last week by the Elmhurst Park District, Elmhurst Unit District 205 School Board members have tentatively agreed to on the School District's budget. Aldermen will discuss a proposed intergovernmental agreement to reflect the terms.

The Park District is reviewing the terms and proposed revenue sharing agreement at its meeting tonight at 7 p.m.

Public comments will be taken after aldermen's discussion. The TIF proposal could go before the full City Council for approval as early as Monday, Aug. 20.

At about 7 p.m., aldermen will  break into it their four standing committees. Those agendas are as follows:
