Woman Found with Heroin at Sandburg Middle School in the Early Morning Hours Wednesday

Also, girls claim to have been "flashed" by woman with a camera phone and police report alcohol and pot arrests.

Possession of Heroin

Tia D. Tideman-Baker, 33, 446 N. Ellsworth, Villa Park, was arrested and charged with felony possession of heroin at 1:02 a.m. Feb. 8. Police discovered Tideman-Baker parked in her gold Saturn SL2 at Sandburg Middle School, 345 E. St. Charles Road, after receiving a call for a suspicious person at the school. She was taken to DuPage County Jail.

Public Indecency

Two girls were eating at Chipotle, 139 N. York Road, at 5:05 p.m. Feb. 8 when they said they noticed a female smiling at them. They said the woman was holding a black cell phone and possibly taking pictures of them. The woman, who is described as white, in her late 30s, 5-foot-5-inches tall, about 135 pounds, with brown hair, a brown coat, red scarf and dark green shirt, reportedly lifted up her shirt, rubbed her stomach and exposed her breast. The victims left the area and said they will sign complaints if the suspect is found.

Francisco J. Medina Jr., 26, 389 W. Diversey Ave., Addison, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol and driving without a license after police pulled over his black Hyundai Sonata for speeding at Lake Street and Route 83 at 12:13 a.m. Feb. 3. Police found two bottles of open beer in the car. He was released on I-bond. A passenger, Victor M. Jacobo, 26, 418 S. Villa, Addison, was charged with illegal transportation of alcohol.

Antwan Danddridge, 23, 893 W. North Ave., Villa Park, was arrested and charged with DUI and driving with a suspended license after police pulled him over for speeding at North and Maple at 2:34 a.m. Feb. 3. He was released on bond.

James Parker, 47, 412 Commonwealth, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with DUI after police pulled over his white Mitsubishi Diamante for failure to signal and improper lane use at York and Lake streets at 1:39 a.m. Feb. 6. He was released on bond.

Possession of Cannabis

Matthew J. Fritz, 20, 1203 Veteran Ave., Elburn, was arrested and charged under city ordinance with possession of cannabis after police pulled over his red Pontiac Grand Prix for obstructed windshield and littering at North and Villa at 9:51 p.m. Feb. 5. Police noticed a strong odor of cannabis, and Fritz allegedly admitted to having .5 grams of cannabis in the ashtray. Police also found a one-hitter pipe on the floorboard. A passenger in the car, Joseph A. Whelan, 18, 635 N. Wisconsin, Villa Park, also was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. They were released on I-bond.

James Collins, 44, 1021 S. Westmore Apt. 205, Lombard, was arrested and charged with possession of cannabis and driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his tan Chevrolet Suburban for an obstructed view at Roosevelt and Villa at 2:49 a.m. Feb. 7. He was released on bond and his vehicle towed for forfeiture.

Olga A. Rodriguez, 18, 11450 W. Grand Ave., Melrose Park, was arrested and charged with possession of cannabis and possession of alcohol by a minor after police pulled her over for driving without headlights at York and Hahn streets at 10:40 p.m. Feb. 8. She was released on bond.
