What Do You Do with a Stolen Sewer Grate?

Frank A. Morales, 50, of 929 S. Cambridge Ave., Elmhurst, was charged with theft, aggravated driving while license revoked and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration after an off-duty police officer witness him and John J. Morales, 46, of the same address, stealing a sewer grate at Madison and Chatham streets. John Morales was cited for misdemeanor theft and released on $100 bond.

Frank Morales also was found to have a warrant out of Cook County. He was taken to DuPage County Jail.
