Hey i think we are lucky that good ole' Santiago didn't smash his beater into the side of a mini van while slamming those cerveza's. These 3rd world immigrant's do not belong in america, this 44 year old elmhurst resident had her property damaged, and was deprived of time and energy out of her day, we are in all actuality lucky that he didn't smash into a car killing little kids, or plowing into a crowd of pedestrians. I'm a strong advocate of euthanasia... or micro chipping them and putting them on a 787 with a parachute and pushing them out at 43,000 feet over their home country.
