Twenty-eight Arrests for License Violations in Elmhurst Over the Past Month

Driving With a Revoked License

Andres Fernandez, 36, 1719 N. Karlov, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a revoked license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his silver Kia Rio at Third and West at 2:33 p.m. Aug. 6. He was released on bond.

Frank Catalano III, 28, 15W671 Lexington St., Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his Chrysler 300 for speeding on the 900 block of Spring Road at 8:21 a.m. July 23.

Rafael Jimenez, 25, 8507 Cermak Apt. 2N, North Riverside, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his gray Toyota 4 Runner for disobeying a traffic control device at Butterfield and Cambridge at 5:33 a.m. July 26. He was released on bond.

Juan Ibarra, 20, 311 E. Alden Drive, Addison, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his green Infiniti for no front registration plate and obstructed window at Lake and Walnut at 7:39 a.m. July 26. He was released on bond.

Keisha Pettigrew, no age given, 1925 S. Ninth Ave., Maywood, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and improper display of registration after a traffic stop at Route 83 and St. Charles Road at 3:48 p.m. July 27. Police said Pettigrew and a passenger were test-driving a vehicle. She was released on bond.

Nickol Hare, 38, 2018 S. Seventh Ave., Maywood, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his black Chevrolet Cobalt for speeding on the 900 block of South Spring Road at 8:17 a.m. July 13. He was released on bond.

Ismael Brito, 51, 238 Cherry St., Itasca, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his black Pontiac Grand Am for disobeying a traffic control signal at Lake and Route 83 at 7:10 a.m. July 31. He was released on bond.

Manuel Onofre, 29, 151 N. 20th Ave. Apt. 2, Melrose Park, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his Chevrolet Trailblazer for blocking an intersection on North Avenue at 5:35 p.m. July 31. He was released on bond.

Ricardo Alvarez-Mendoz, 24, 1110 S. Mayfield, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his tan Ford Explorer for speeding at St. Charles and Fair at 5:28 p.m. Aug. 4. He was released on bond.

Joseph Murphy, 52, 8516 W. 89th St., Hickory Hills, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his black Ford F150 for speeding at Lake Street and Route 83 at 10:12 a.m. Aug. 9. He was released on bond.

Charlie Montano, 20, 1732 22nd, Melrose Park, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his green Ford Escape for expired registration at Roosevelt and York at 9:22 p.m. Aug. 9. He was released on bond.

Anthony Goss, 46, 7700 S. Wabash Ave., Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his gold Hyundai Sonata for blocking an intersection at North and York at 3:54 p.m. Aug. 12.

Steven Ponce, 22, 2716 N. Francis, First Floor, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his green Ford Escape for speeding and driving left of center at Third and Highland at 5:11 p.m. Aug. 12. He was released on bond.

Daniel Fuentes, 45, 151 N. 22nd Ave., Melrose Park, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his black Chevrolet Silverado for no seat belt at York and Eggleston at 8:26 a.m. Aug. 14. He was released on bond.

David E. Anderson, 62, 51 Parklane Drive, Palos Park, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and improper use of registration after police pulled over his brown Chevrolet Suburban for expired registration at Schiller and Palmer at 10:30 a.m. Aug. 14. He was released on bond.

Driving Without a License

Tania Marin, 24, 5152 Fairview, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over her black Ford Crown Victoria for speeding at Spring and Van Buren at 8:52 a.m. July 23. She was released on bond.

Adalberto Garcia, 44, 1420 S. Busse Apt. 1C, Mt. Prospect, was charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his white Acura Integra for disobeying a traffic control device at Glade and Third at 5:22 p.m. July 26. He was released on bond.

Ruben Figueroa, 23, 1634 N. Karlov Apt. 1, Chicago, eas arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his silver Chevrolet Venture for speeding at York and Wrightwood at 9:30 a.m. July 27. He was released on bond.

Laura I. Reta, 22, 2335 Glendale Terrace Apt. 5, Hanover Park, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over her black Mitsubishi Lancer for speeding at York and Interstate 290 at 8:41 a.m. July 29. She was released on bond.

Krystian Banadyk, 32, 7505 W. Addison, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his Ford Focus for speeding at York and Interstate 290 at 3:18 p.m. Aug. 1. He was released on bond.

Armando Garcia, 25, 226 Sonny Lane, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his gold Saturn SLi for speeding and a defective windshield at York and Interstate 290 at 3:48 p.m. Aug. 1. He was released on bond.

Estela Galicia, 34, 124 E. Cayuga, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled her over for driving without headlights at York and Columbia at 10:51 p.m. Aug. 1. She was released on bond.

Boleslaw Zielinski, 60, 3200 N. Pulaski Apt. 1, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his Mercury van for disobeying a train signal at York Road and the Metra tracks at 7:59 a.m. Aug. 2. He was released on bond.

Peter G. Doherty, 25, 446 Atwater, Elmhurst, was charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his silver Toyota Tundra for no seat belt at Park and Arlington at 1:49 p.m. Aug. 4. He was released at the scene.

Orozco Alfred Merino, 25, 1627 N. Harding, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his silver Mitsubishi Eclipse for blocking the intersection at North and York at 6:11 p.m. Aug. 8. He was released on bond.

Juan M. Jacobo, 39, 3249 S. Bell Ave. Apt. 1, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his Chevrolet Blazer for speeding at Grand and York at 6:57 a.m. Aug. 9. He was released on bond.

Noe Campos, 33, 2156 N. Melvina, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after Campos's purple Ford Expetition was involved in an accident with a 79-year-old Elmhurst woman at Van Buren and York at 5:15 p.m. Aug. 15. Campos was released on bond.

Carlos Armand Garcia, 25, 226 Sonny Lane Apt. 1B, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and failure to give information after his tan Saturn SC2 was involved in an accident with a 69-year-old Oak Brook resident at 276 W. Grand Ave. at 5:14 p.m. Aug. 16. He was released on bond.
