Text-Messaging Chicago Man Had Marijuana: Cops
A Chicago man possessing marijuana was pulled over for texting while driving, police said.
A Chicago man pulled over for texting while he was driving turned out to be holding marijuana, police said.
Nashat Ruhman, 19, of 9712 Nottingham Ave. was stopped shortly before 6 p.m. Friday near the intersection of Butterfield Road and Route 38.
Ruhman was charged with possession of cannabis and unlawful use of an electronic communication device. He was released on bond.
