Snowbank Snags Drunken Driver: Cops
The Elmhurst police arrested a woman they found stuck in a snowbank.
An Elmhurst cop found a woman stuck in a snowbank and arrested her for allegedly driving drunk.
Sandra Stolzenbach, 66, was taken into custody about 12:30 a.m. Friday.
An officer was sent to 155 E. Brush Hill Road to check out a motorist stuck in a snowbank.
Stolzenbach "admitted drinking," police said, and was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.
