Skinny Old Man With Red Polish on His Pinky Fingernails Bothers Woman, Dog: Cops

The skinny old man tried to pick up the dog and stared at the woman, police said.

A skinny old man with red polish on his pinky fingernails bothered an Elmhurst woman and her dog, police said.

The man pulled his older, dark green car up in front of the woman's house about 2:30 p.m. Wednesday. The police did not disclose where in Elmhurst this house is, but Patch will find out.

The man emerged from his car and started petting the woman's dog and "attempted to pick it up," police said.

"When (he) was unable to pick the dog up, he stated, 'Have a nice day,' and stared at the (woman) for approximately 30 seconds before driving away," police said.

The man was skinny, looked to be about 60 years old and stood around 5-foot-9, police said. He has white hair, was wearing black slacks and a tan shirt, and his pinky fingernails were painted with red polish. He also had scratches on his arms.

The man's small, dark green car was decorated with a red stripe.
