Revoked, Suspended and Unlicensed Drivers Arrested

License violations reported over the past month by Elmhurst police.

Driving with a Revoked License

Scott A. Brinkman, 49, 17W082 Oak Meadows, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving on a revoked license after police pulled over his black GMC Yukon for driving on the shoulder and disobeying a traffic control device at North Avenue and Route 83 at 8:06 a.m. April 25. He was released on bond.

Driving With a Suspended License

Edgar Lara-Vargas, 29, 319 Marshall, Bellwood, was arrested and charged with driving with a license suspended for DUI after police pulled over his blue Suzuki Verona at North End and Michigan at 4:59 a.m. April 8. His vehicle was towed for forfeiture.

Fabianni Bailon, 23, 312 Marshall, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his gold Nissan Maxima for tinted windows at Second and Addison at 11:09 p.m. March 31. He was released on bond.

Leonard Iniguez, 18, 113 N. 23rd Ave., Melrose Park, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his green Toyota Celica for no plate light at Lake and County Line Road at 8:49 p.m. March 31. He was released on bond.

Cira Garcia, 41, 2154 N. Merrimac, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over her black GMC Jimmy at Route 83 and St. Charles Road at 11:54 p.m. April 4. She was released on bond.

Pablo Barrera-Pineda, no age given, 515 N. Ardmore Apt. 2B, Villa Park, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his black Ford Expedition at Palmer Drive and York Street at 9:20 a.m. April 6.

Jose Velasquez, 19, 111 Bridget, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his Dodge Neon for no headlights at Industrial and Grand at 10:43 p.m. April 8. He was released on bond.

Edgar Desantiago, 29, 811 N. 12th St., Melrose Park, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his Volkswagon GTI for one headlight at York and Grand at 4:38 a.m. April 9. He was released on I-bond.

Ramiro Navaro, 39, 1517 N. Broadway, Melrose Park, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police stopped his white Ford for disobeying a traffic control device at North and Emroy at 1:32 a.m. April 10. He was released on bond.

Andres Garcia, 21, 412 James Court Unit D, Glendale Heights, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after his black Lincoln Aviator was involved in an accident with a driver from Chicago at 600 W. North Ave. at 5:20 p.m. April 10. Garcia also was charged with failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

Gabriel R. Lecona, 45, 311 S. Lodge Apt. 1N, Lombard, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his white Chrysler Town & Country for driving on the shoulder at Route 83 and North Avenue at 3:43 p.m. April 12. He was released on I-bond.

Heron Duarte, 20, 10505 Montana Ave., Melrose Park, was arrested and charged with driving without a license, driving without insurance and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident after his red Toyota Celica was involved in an accident with a 24-year-old Berkeley woman at York and Grand at 8:22 p.m. April 12. He was released on bond.

Vasyl Balagutrak, 39, 5305 W. Altgeld, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his white Ford F150 for no headlight at North and Melrose at 3:58 a.m. April 15. He was released on I-bond.

Salvador Lopez, 33, 2314 N. Kilpatrick, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his blue Dodge Dakota for improper lane use at North and York at 5:49 p.m. April 19. He was released on I-bond.
