Retail Theft Charge May be the Least of His Problems
Teen arrested for stealing pregnancy tests.
A 15-year-old boy was arrested after he was seen taking three pregnancy test kits from their packages and placing them into his coat at Jewel, 944 S. York Road, at 6:12 p.m. Feb. 16.
The security officer stopped the teen before he exited the store, and he allegedly admitted that he was planning to steal them.
He was placed under arrest, processed and released to his mother pending a juvenile probation conference. He also was issued a no-trespass notice and ordered not to return to Jewel.
