Police Stop Drivers with Suspended, Revoked, Invalid and Non-existent Licenses

License violations reported by Elmhurst police Aug. 5-18.

Driving with a Revoked License

Joseph Maizonet, 27, 1348 Evergreen Lane, Pingree Grove, was arrested and charged with driving with a revoked license, driving without insurance and illegal transportation of alcohol after he was stopped for an improper turn at York and Diversey at 12:22 a.m. Aug. 6. He was released on bond.

Paul Englebrecht, 61, 3812 25th Ave., Schiller Park, was arrested and charged with driving with a revoked license and driving without insurance after he drove his blue Ford Bronco into two parked vehicles at 155 Industrial Drive at noon Aug. 11.

Raul Arzola, 43, 100 N. Route 47, Elgin, was arrested and charged with aggravated driving with a revoked license , no insurance and having expired registration at 7:30 a.m. Aug. 12 at Lake Street and Grand Avenue. When police stopped his red Dodge Ram, Arzola allegedly gave police a false name. He also was charged with attempted obstruction of justice. His vehicle was towed for forfeiture.

Brian Killacky, 29, 3117 N. Elm, River Grove, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop for driving with one headlight at York and Quincy streets at 11:36 p.m. Aug. 5. He was released on bond.

James E. Williams, 26, 231 Marshall Ave., Bellwood, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and improper lane use after a traffic stop at Butterfield and Cadwell at 12:49 a.m. Aug. 8. He was released on bond.

Markus R. Collins, 32, 4N180 Ridgewood, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and no seat belt after a traffic top at Route 83 and Second Street at 11:14 a.m. Aug. 8. He was released on I-bond.

Candice Donegan, 22, 3618 Wilcox, Bellwood, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and improper turn after a traffic stop at Arlington and Marion streets at 3:43 p.m. Aug. 11. She was released on bond.

Andres Murillo, 25, 327 N. Lincoln, Villa Park, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and avoiding a traffic control device after police stopped his Yamaha motorcycle at North and Villa avenues at 6:20 p.m. Aug. 11. He was released on bond.

Matthew Faruzzi, 37, 895 S. York St., was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police stopped his silver Infiniti G20 at York and Cayuga at 9:07 a.m. Aug. 12. He was taken to DuPage County Jail.

Olvin Rodriguez, 28, 2506 N. Austin Ave., Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and improper lane use at 5:19 p.m. Aug. 12 at North Avenue and Route 83. He was released on bond.

Walter Prochorow, 55, 720 N. Larch Ave. Suite 3, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after a traffic stop at Kenilworth and Crestview at 1:05 p.m. Aug. 13. He was released on bond.

Florentino Beltran, 40, 1532 N. 18th Ave., Melrose Park, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and failure to signal after police pulled over his white GMC Yukon at 12:03 a.m. Aug. 14 at York and Grand. He was released on bond.

Justin M. Price, 20, 638 Whitcomb, Palatine, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and obstruction after police pulled over his white Chevy Impala at 8:56 a.m. Aug. 16 at Route 83 and St. Charles Road and he provided police false information. He was released on bond.

Steven Howard, 39, 5534 W. Van Buren, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his black Chevy 1500 for speeding at 10:45 a.m. Aug. 18 at North and Maple. He was released on bond.

Driving Without a License

Rafeal Flores, 31, 925 E. Krage, Addison, was arrested and charged with speeding, expired registration and driving without a license after a traffic stop at St. Charles Road and Route 83 at 7:40 a.m. Aug. 7. He was released on bond.

Mark Reyes, 18, 302 N. Walnut, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without headlights after a traffic stop at West Avenue and Second Street at 8:22 p.m. Aug. 8. He was released on bond.

Santiago Armas-Yanes, 36, 6228 W. Cuyler, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license, driving without insurance and driving on the shoulder of the roadway at North Avenue and Route 83 at 7:22 a.m. Aug. 9. He was released on bond.

Bertha  Muniz, 28, 1233 Howard, Berkeley, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after a traffic stop at 160 N. Palmer at 9:14 a.m. Aug. 10. She was released on bond.

Kevin Herrera, 19, 334 W. Dale St. #17, Addison, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and speeding after a traffic stop at Emroy and North Avenue at 9:22 a.m. Aug. 10. He was released on bond.

Juan Carlos Gomez, 23, 185 Michael Lane Apt. B, Addison, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after a traffic stop at Grand and Industrial Drive at 5:35 a.m. Aug. 12. He was released on bond.
