Police Report Arrests for DUI, Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Deliver and Theft

Warrant arrests also reported.

DUI-Drugs
A 17-year-old boy was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of drugs and felony possession of cannabis with intent to deliver after police stopped his tan Honda Civic for speeding at 4:21 p.m. at Third and Highland streets. Police found a bag containing 3.8 ounces of cannabis under the driver seat. He was taken to DuPage County Jail.

DUI Arrests
Julis M. Lipscomb, 27, 816 N. Lemington, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, no rear license plate light and illegal transportation of open alcohol after police pulled over his green Pontiac Brougham at 1:55 a.m. Sept. 24 at York and Schiller streets. He was released on bond.

Donald M. Deleonardis, 60, 447 S. Hampshire, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with DUI, speeding and improper lane use after police pulled over his black Lexus at 9:42 p.m. Sept. 24 at Poplar and South streets. He was released on I-bond.

Jason T. Zaragoza, 32, 240 Red Oak, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license, DUI, illegal transportation of open alcohol and possession of drug paraphernalia after police pulled over his black Mitsubishi Lancer for improper lane use at 12:08 a.m. Sept. 25 at Grand and Industrial Drive. A smoking pipe and open alcohol was located in the vehicle, police said.

George E. Chaddick, 52, 550 Rose St., Addison, was arrested for DUI, driving with a revoked license and improper lane use after police pulled over his white Ford Windstar at 1:18 a.m. at Route 83 and Riverside Drive. He was taken to DuPage County Jail.

Warrant Arrests
Cory Glazier, 33, 623 E. Gunderson Drive #109, Carol Stream, was arrested on a warrant out of Carol Stream on a charge of possession of cannabis at 11:46 a.m. Sept. 23 at 954 N. York Road. He also was served with an order of protection. He was taken to the Elmhurst Police Station and subsequently picked up by Carol Stream police.

Julia Kaleel, 26, 316 W. Wilson, Elmhurst, was arrested on a warrant for a charge of possession of a controlled substance at 9:34 a.m. Sept. 24 at her home. She was released on bond.

Phantom Trent Holubek, 22, 1541 Hawk, Melrose Park, turned himself in at the Elmhurst Police Station on a warrant out of Carol Stream for driving under the influence of drugs at 1:07 p.m. Sept. 24. He was released on bond.

J. Jesus, Nino, 42, 2844 Edgenton, Franklin Park, was arrested on a warrant out of DuPage County after police responded to a call for a suspicious vehicle at 9:08 a.m. Sept. 25 at Addison and Hahn streets. He was released on bond.

Theft Arrest
Sierra Billingslea, 23, 319 S. West Ave. Apt. E, was arrested and charged with retail theft after she allegedly took clothing without paying from Kmart, 265 Route 83, at 7:50 p.m. Sept. 23. She was released on I-bond.
