Police Blotter: It's Not An Outdoor Bathroom, It's Disorderly Conduct

The following arrest information was supplied by the Elmhurst Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Disorderly Conduct
Police arrested two men after responding to the 100 block of North Caroline around 4:50 a.m. on Aug. 1 on a report of two men trying to enter a home. Officers located the men, but 20-year-old Eric Richter, of the 300 block of First Street, ran. He was captured and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and consumption of alcohol by a minor. The second man, Spencer Starr, 20, 100 block of Glenview, was charged with disorderly conduct and underage drinking. Both were released after posting cash bonds.

Curtis W. Hudson, 25, of Villa Park, was charged with disorderly conduct after he reportedly was found urinating on a gate in the 100 block of North Addison around 2 a.m. on July 30. He was released on an I-Bond.

Andrew B. Shennan, 21, of the 500 block of Bryan, was charged with two counts of disorderly conduct after an officer on patrol reported seeing Shennan urinating in the 100 block of Adell around 1 a.m. on Aug. 2. Shennan denied he was urinating and resisted the officer when he tried to restrain Shennan. He was released on $75 bond.

Trespassing
Mike Kolalski, 33, of Hoffman Estates, was charged with criminal trespass to property after police found him intoxicated in the lobby of Elm Creek Apartments around 1:30 a.m. on Aug. 1. An employee said Kolalski refused to leave and was given a no trespass notice. Kolalski then walked outside and sat down, telling the employee he was not going to leave. Kolalski was taken to DuPage County Jail where he is being held for Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials.
