Driving With a Revoked License

Phillip Woods, 44, 329 Victoria, Northlake, was arrested and charged with driving with a revoked license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his black GMC Jimmy for expired temporary plates at Butterfield Road and Route 83 at 5:35 a.m. July 25. He was released on I-bond.

Stephanie T. Houke, 52, 9954 S. Walnut, Palos Hills, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over her blue Nissan Versa at St. Charles and Argyle at 4:25 p.m. July 17. She was released on I-bond.

Richard J. Prignano Jr., 21, 860 Foxworth Blvd., Apt. 106, Lombard, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and possession of drug paraphernalia after police pulled over his white Ford Thunderbird at Route 83 and North Avenue at 5:42 a.m. July18. He was released on I-bond.

Olubunmi Akanni-Bello, 31, 14742 Memorial Drive, Doldon, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over her blue Chevrolet Cobalt for expired registration at York and Adelia at 6:27 p.m. July 18. She was released on bond.

Armando Padilla, 30, 8649 S. Newland Ave. Apt. 1N, Burbank, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without insurance after police pulled over his white Pontiac Grand Prix for improper passing on the shoulder at Route 83 and North Avenue at 4:41 p.m. July 20. He was released on I-bond.

Reginald A. Harmon, 32, 345 48th Ave., Bellwood, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his green Buick LeSabre for no seat belt at Roosevelt and Route 83 at 12:23 a.m. July 23. He was released on I-bond and his vehicle towed for forfeiture.

Patrick Allan, 51, 1126 S. Route 83, Villa Park, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his white Ford Explorer for speeding at Church and Marion at 9:30 a.m. July 24.

Driving Without a License

Lizeth Cedillo, no age given, 840 N. Eastland, Elmhurst, was charged with driving without a license after police pulled over her red Chrysler Town and Country for a railroad violation at York and Schiller at 5 p.m. July 16.

Ericka Magana-Velazquez, 29, 430 Dalhart Ave., Romeoville, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over her red Honda Accord for speeding at North and Willow at 4:17 a.m. July 7.

Rolando Pedraza, 49, 239 Church St., West Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his blue Chevrolet Cavalier for improper passing on the shoulder at Route 83 and North Avenue at 4:41 p.m. July 18. He was released on bond.

Victor Manuel Duran, 25, 309 46th Ave., Northlake, was charged with driving without a license after his vehicle was involved in an accident with three other vehicles at North Avenue and Route 83 at 4 p.m. July 19.

Daniel Marquardt, 22, 1320 S. 57th Ave., Cicero, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his blue Mercury Grand Marquis for improper lane use at West and St. Charles Road at 9:09 a.m. July 21.

Ruth Lopez, 42, 121 E. Fullerton, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over her black Mazda MPV for one headlight at York and Diversey at 12:20 a.m. July 24. She was released on bond.

Irma Carillo, 36, 2409 S. Cuyler Apt. 1F, Berwyn, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over her tan Honda Civic for speeding at 185 N. York St. at 5:54 a.m. July 25.
